How do payments actually work?+
Members pay by card or SEPA through Stripe, and the money goes directly to your bank — Kinbox never holds your funds. In-person payments get logged too, so everything lives in one history.
Are there hidden fees on payments?+
No surprises. SEPA direct debit and in-person payments have zero Kinbox fee — ideal for recurring memberships. Card and MB Way carry Stripe's own processing rate plus a 1.5% Kinbox fee.

Can I migrate from another system?+
Yes. The built-in import takes a spreadsheet export from your current tool and brings members, plans and statuses across. Most boxes finish in an afternoon.
We run several class formats. Does that work?+
That's the whole point. CrossFit, calisthenics, pilates, yoga, barre — each with its own classes, capacities and booking rules, on one schedule across all your spaces.
Do members need to download an app?+
No. Members get a link, open it on any phone and book from there — new members can even self-register and book their first class without you touching a keyboard.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Plans are monthly — or annual if you want two months free — and you can export your data and leave anytime. We'd rather earn the renewal than write it in.
